This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the services or any content therein, nor any derivative use of the services or any content.

Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding isophenomen.info or the services is entirely voluntary and we will be free to use such feedback, comments, or suggestions as we see fit without any obligation to you.

6. User-Generated Content

You may have the opportunity to submit, post, or otherwise make available content through the services ("User-Generated Content"). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in your User-Generated Content. However, by submitting User-Generated Content, you grant Isophenomen a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your User-Generated Content and that your submission does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other legal rights.

Isophenomen reserves the right to remove any User-Generated Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of the services may require payment of fees. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on our website. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms.

In no event shall Isophenomen's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of the services and deleting your account. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Termination of these Terms does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to termination.
